Onboarding process

1

Book a consult call.

Prior to your first yoga class, we will schedule a 30-minute consult call. This will allow us to get to know one another and set expectations for our work together.

2

Discuss your goals.

I keep a collaborative approach at the forefront with all my private yoga clients. During our onboarding consult, we will discuss your goals for your yoga practice, your relevant health concerns, and your personal class preferences.

This will allow us to co-create a unique mat or chair yoga program specifically tailored to your needs. Over the course of our work together, we will occasionally revisit this plan and make changes where necessary.

3

Get on your mat.

After your onboarding meeting, we will set the time and frequency for your yoga classes. Your class links, invoices, and onboarding paperwork will all be conveniently sent to your email address.

Classes are currently available online and in-person in Dallas, TX. In-person classes will delivered in the comfort of your own home. I do not have a brick-and-mortar studio where I can hold classes.

If you decide to opt into online classes, we will schedule a brief tech onboarding session before your first class to ensure that you can confidently and seamlessly access your yoga classes. I understand that technology can be a challenge, and I am here to help you every step of the way.
